JOSEPH M. ORAZI

WRITER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Joseph M. Orazi received a BA in English and Theater from Villanova University. His plays have been produced in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Chicago. His work, The Lion and the Lamb, won him a Pennsylvania Playwright Fellowship. In addition to writing numerous TV and radio 
commercials and industrial films, Joe was a staff writer for the ABC daytime drama Ryan’s Hope.

ALEXIA MELOCCHI

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Alexia Melocchi, Representative and Producer, is one of the two partners of LITTLE STUDIO FILMS, a Beverly Hills-based production, consulting, and distribution company. Alexia’s recent credits include the biopic “The Pantani Affair,” the coming of age film “Riding 79”, and the drama “Stealing Roses.”

ALEXANDRA YACOVLEF

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Alexandra Yacovelf  is a 35year veteran in the Entertainment business.  From the 90s she represented International Film distributors in the USA from 11 different countries. Her fluency in 5 languages and financial experience helped her clients close deals by acquiring and financing over 150 films several of which became worldwide successes and classics grossing over 2 Billion dollars to date.

She created with her daughter  LITTLE STUDIO FILMS brand with the intent to engage in multiple Entertainment related activities under one roof like in the old Studio system.

Whilst Alexandra produced 9 Independent films, she remained faithful in ensuring that American and International Films get the worldwide attention that they deserve thus continuing the acquisition of theatrical films of behalf of major International Distribution companies.

She has expanded in Television with series, limited series and shows often in partnership with successful show runners as well as branding companies and celebrities who realize more and more the necessity of high quality product and global appeal.

AJ FERRARA

WRITER

A.J. Ferrara is a screenwriter/producer and President of Magic City Pictures, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Currently, A.J. has a slate of five feature projects in development, including Galleon, an action-adventure to be directed by Academy Award-nominated director Eric Brevig and Wreckage, a psychological thriller, both produced by Little Studio Films. Also in development are two television series and an optioned feature sports biopic, the true story of former Yankees all-star Joe Pepitone: The Ball Player, based on his best-selling book Joe, You Coulda Made Us Proud.

SERGIO NAVARRETTA

DIRECTOR

Sergio Navarretta is an internationally award-winning director who is fiercely passionate about bringing meaningful content to the screen. Notably, Navarretta helmed The Cuban, starring Ana Golja (Degrassi Next Class), Oscar winner Louis Gossett Jr. (Watchmen), Oscar nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo (The Expanse), Lauren Holly (Tiny Pretty Things), and Giacomo Gianniotti (Grey's Anatomy). The Cuban was shot in Canada and Havana, Cuba and won Best Narrative Feature and Audience Awards at the L.A. Pan African Film Festival, has been featured at several film festivals, and was nominated for three 2021 Canadian Screen Awards. The film tells the story of a naïve pre-med student named Mina (Golja) who develops an unlikely friendship with Luis, an elderly Cuban musician with dementia (Gossett Jr.) and features the music of Grammy- nominated piano virtuoso, Hilario Durán. The Cuban was nominated for three Canadian Screen Awards, ran an Oscar nomination campaign in 2020 and has been featured in Time Magazine (Top 17 films to see this summer), Variety (Top 50 Oscar contenders), Hollywood Reporter, and NPR to name a few. The screenplay is now featured in the Core Collection at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’
Margaret Herrick Library. Most recently, Navarretta directed the dark comedy Yuppie starring Lauren Holly and Brennan Clost (Tiny Pretty Things), currently in post-production. He also directed Looking For Angelina, the poignant true-crime story of Angelina Napitano and The Colossal Failure of the Modern Relationship, starring Enrico Colantoni (Just Shoot Me) and David Cubitt (Medium) as well as several shorts and documentaries.
Navarretta is the executive producer of Lamborghini (the movie) starring Gabriel Byrne and Frank Grillo and is proud to have executive produced the animated theatrical feature Arctic Dogs, now on Netflix, featuring Jeremy Renner, James Franco, Anjelica Huston, Alec Baldwin, John Cleese, and Heidi Klum.

He is the co-founder of S.N.A.P Films Inc and sits on several charity boards including the Ethnic Mosaic Alliance and served as a mentor for Being Black in Canada and Reel Works in New York.
He splits his time between Toronto and Los Angeles.
